Here's what you need to do:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know within four working days by sending us an email or message on Instagram.
- We'll arrange a prompt exchange for the item in question.
- To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide us with an unboxing video, which is essential.
In the rare event that the desired item is unavailable, we'll credit the corresponding amount to your bank account in 2 to 5 business days.
